I am a Scientologist. That means I adhere to the principles and practice of Scientology as laid down by the founder, L. Ron Hubbard. Until my voluntary exit and subsequent excommunication, I was a member of the Church of Scientology. I was, at various times, a staff member at three different Scientology organizations. I have little actual technical training, but have completed through volume 5 of the Organization Executive Course (OEC), as well as serving as a Scientology administrative consultant for some years in Los Angeles. I am a last life Clear.

I believe that, starting in the 1980s, the Church of Scientology was infiltrated by David Miscavige and others of his ilk. He and his "fellow travelers" and "useful idiots" succeeded in isolating the founder and subsequently all but destroying almost all aspects of the Church of Scientology. What of the Church exists today is but a husk of what it formerly was, and does not properly deliver the technology developed by L. Ron Hubbard. In fact, what technology it still delivered only vaguely resembles what the founder developed, and is, in many cases, actually harmful.

This blog is a collection of essays about the Church of Scientology, the Independent Field, and the philosophy and technology of Scientology. I hope you find them entertaining and thought-provoking.

Incidentally, the word "scatjappers" is a nonsense word made up by a friend of mine in high school. When I first exited the Church and wanted to remain anonymous for fear of Church retribution, this is the moniker I used instead of my name. I've kept it around just for this blog and other postings I make about Scientology.
